Refund & Cancellation Policy

In short: all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once payment is complete. Gumroad, who handles the checkout, may still refund at its own discretion, and your card issuer's dispute rights are unaffected — see Payment processor below.
Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, you get everything you paid for the moment the payment goes through. Chapter 00 is free to watch on the course page so you can judge the material before you buy.
Why there are no refunds
"Market Your Business With AI" is a digital product. It consists of 13 video files and three downloadable files (a Word document, a PDF, and an Excel workbook). All of it is delivered immediately after payment and can be downloaded and kept permanently. There is no way to return a digital file, so all sales are final.
How to judge before you buy
The first chapter of the course is published free on the course page, so you can see the material before you pay. The full chapter list, with the running time of each video, and a description of every downloadable file, are also published on that page before purchase. Please watch the free chapter and read the chapter list before paying.
Cancellations
This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There is nothing recurring to cancel and you will never be charged again. An order cannot be cancelled after payment is complete, because delivery happens at the moment of payment.
Exceptions
The following are the only circumstances in which a refund will be considered:
- Duplicate payment. If you were charged twice for the same order, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
- Failure of delivery. If payment succeeded but you were not given access to the course, and the problem cannot be resolved, the payment will be refunded in full.
- Where a refund is required by law. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
Payment processor
Payment and delivery are handled by Gumroad, Inc. Gumroad operates its own refund and dispute policies, which apply to your purchase in addition to this one. Where Gumroad's policy gives you a right that this policy does not, Gumroad's policy applies and takes precedence.
In particular:
- Gumroad may issue a refund at its own discretion, including where this policy would not, and it does not need our agreement to do so.
- Nothing here limits your right to raise a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer. That right comes from your card network, not from us, and this policy does not reduce it.
- If you have a problem with your order, please contact Gumroad first — a refund is usually faster and simpler than a chargeback for everyone involved.
How to raise an issue
If you believe one of the exceptions above applies to your order, reply to the Gumroad receipt email you received at the time of purchase, or contact Gumroad support at help.gumroad.com. Please include the order or receipt number from that email. Issues are normally responded to within 5 business days.
No guarantee of results
This course is educational material. It teaches a method for producing marketing content. It does not guarantee sales, revenue, reach, engagement or any other business result, and no such guarantee is made anywhere on this website. Dissatisfaction with business results is not grounds for a refund.
