1. What this website collects

There is no login and no account. Most pages ask you for nothing at all.

Two pages do collect an email address, because they have to: the checkout page and the free prompt sheet page. If you buy, we also receive and store a record of that order. Exactly what is kept, and for how long, is set out in sections 4 and 5.

The Meta Pixel described in section 3 is an advertising measurement tool and does set cookies.

Like all websites, the server that hosts this page keeps standard technical logs when a page is requested — IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the date and time. These logs are generated automatically by the web server, are used only to keep the site running securely, and are not used to identify or profile you.

2. Fonts

This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser makes a request to Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), which means Google receives your IP address and browser information. This is covered by Google's privacy policy.

3. The Meta (Facebook) Pixel

This site runs the Meta Pixel, an advertising tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. It is used to measure whether our adverts work and to show adverts to people who have visited this page. It runs on the main course page. It is not on this policy page or the terms and refund pages.

What it records: that a browser loaded this page, that a visitor started playing the free chapter, and that a visitor clicked through to the checkout. It also receives your IP address, browser and device information, and it sets cookies in your browser.

What it does not record: your name, your email address, or anything you type — because this site has no fields to type into. It does not receive your payment details, which are handled entirely by Razorpay.

How to switch it off. Any of these will stop it:

• Block third-party cookies, or use your browser's tracking protection. Firefox, Safari and Brave block this kind of tool by default.
• Use a content blocker such as uBlock Origin.
• Adjust your Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences, including the "Activity information from partners" setting.

Nothing on this site is withheld if you block it. The free chapter, the pages and the checkout all work exactly the same.

Meta's own handling of this data is governed by Meta's privacy policy.

4. When you buy

Payment is processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, an Indian payment gateway. When you pay, the card, UPI or net-banking details you enter go directly to Razorpay on Razorpay's systems. They are never entered on, transmitted to, or stored on this website, and we never see your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials at any point.

What this website does store after a successful purchase. So that you can reach the course you paid for, and so order questions can be answered, this site keeps a record containing:

• the email address you gave at checkout
• the mobile number Razorpay passes back with the payment, where one is given
• the Razorpay payment and order reference, the amount, and the date
• which language edition you bought
• a private access link generated for you
• which chapters you have opened and how far through each you watched

The viewing record exists so you can see your own progress, and so we can tell which parts of the course people find useful. It is not combined with any advertising tool and it is not shared.

This information is used only to give you access, to answer order queries, and to send you the emails described in section 5. It is not sold, rented or shared with anyone else.

How long it is kept. Order and access records are kept for as long as you have access to the course, and then for as long as Indian tax and accounting rules require records of a sale to be kept. You can ask for your viewing record to be deleted at any time — see section 8.

Razorpay's own handling of your data is governed by Razorpay's privacy policy.

5. The free prompt sheet, and emails

The site offers a free PDF, "The 10-Prompt Starter Sheet". To send it to you we ask for your email address, and that address is stored on this website along with the date and the language you chose.

What we do with it. We email you the PDF, and occasionally we write with notes about using AI in a small business — including, sometimes, about the paid course. That is the whole of it. Your address is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone else.

Stopping. Reply to any email asking to be removed, or write to the address in section 11, and it will be deleted. You do not have to give a reason.

Downloading the sheet is not a purchase and does not create an account.

6. Video

The free preview chapter on the course page is served directly from this website's own server. It does not embed a third-party player and does not set tracking cookies.

7. Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own. The Meta Pixel described in section 3 does set cookies, and Razorpay sets cookies on its own payment window; both are described above.

8. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have rights over personal data held about you, including the right to access it, to have it corrected, and to have it erased.

For data held on this website — your email address, order record, and viewing progress — write to the address in section 11 and it will be provided, corrected or deleted. Deleting your access record will also end your access to the course, so download anything you want to keep first.

For data held elsewhere: Razorpay holds the payment itself, and Meta holds pixel data if the pixel ran and you did not block it. Razorpay's privacy policy explains how to reach them, and Meta's ad settings are linked in section 3.

9. Children

This course is intended for adults running a business. It is not directed at children, and personal data is not knowingly collected from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top.
